It was that time when after Brexit and Covid-19 had had their devastating effects, that it was decided that GENNY GRAHAM should take some giant steps into new fields. By extending our reach into the Farmers markets and events in Kent, the chance to engage with new customers became apparent. Signing up for the three day event ‘The Wealden Times Midwinter Fair,' we took the opportunity to occupy a space at ‘The Hop Farm, Paddock Wood' in November 2022. Under a cluster of magnificent white marquees, the fair was buzzing with a bounty of artisan and arts and crafts exhibitors. Customers were saturated in a glorious exhibition of all sorts of beautiful things exquisitely made, where they discovered the most handsome original Christmas gifts!
Subsequently, we were so proud to be one of the businesses featured in the Christmas edition of the ‘Wealden Times Magazine!’ It was an exciting time in this location and many new customers discovered our award winning pepper jellies at this fair. They were happy to add our sweet and hot condiments to their Christmas fare, hamper collections and purchase our stylish gift packs for their foodie friends and family.
It was unfortunate that the weather was so challenging in this particular year for customers, exhibitors, and the Wealden Times Team. You can get the flavour of the event from the article below taken from this December 2022 issue of the magazine. There are always losses and gains in any business, but we must value the experiences we have from them. So we hope to be coming back to another event to reconnect with our valuable new found customers!
We are looking forward to the possibility of seeing you again at the Wealden Times Midwinter Fair in 2023!
...but you sure don't have to wait until Christmas! GENNY GRAHAM Pepper Jellies are great for Easter, for birthdays, and so many more occasions!
