Ingredients

30g GENNY GRAHAM Ginger Lime Pepper Jelly

4 shots of Tequila

2 shots of Triple Sec

1 whole Lime

Finely ground Sea Salt

Chilli Flakes

Ice

Preparation

  1. Fill your cocktail mixer with ice and water to chill.

  2. Slice the lime in half width-ways and use one half to lightly wet the rim of your glasses with lime juice. Cut two even slices from the other half of the lime and cut the slices from the center to the rim of the slice. Set the slices aside.

  3. Pour a genourous amount of salt onto a plate so that the salt is about 3mm thick. Lightly dip the rims in the salt to coat the rims of the glasses.

  4. Juice the remaining lime into a bowl and add the Ginger Lime Pepper Jelly. Mix well until combined.

  5. Empty your cocktail mixer and re-fill with ice to about halfway full. Add the tequila, triple sec and pepper jelly mixture to the cocktail mixer and shake figourously for 30-45 seconds (Make sure you have the lid on tight!)

  6. Add some ice to your glasses and use the strainer on the mixer to carefully pour your margarita mixture into your glasses. Garnish with lime slices and chilli flakes for that extra wow factor!

And Voila!!

Top tip: For an extra kick add some grated ginger on top to garnish ;)
